David has been a partner at Allison, Angier, Bartmon, Elkins & Fernald, LLP since 2003. He focuses his practice on Employment Law, Personal Injury, Discrimination, and Civil Litigation.   

Experience:

Prior to joining Allison, Angier, Bartmon, Elkins & Fernald, LLP, David was First Assistant District Attorney with the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office.  He played a significant role in toughening the Massachusetts child abuse laws.
